General Terms and Conditions

NEW MEMBERS:

- All new membership applications are subject to approval by TRA Council. This may be at the next council meeting following completion of application and any due payments. Declined applications will have any monies paid refunded. The TRA Council reserves the right to question and refuse applications without explanation.

- Whether joining online or by post, all new applicants should have satisfactorily completed a membership application form and made any payments due.

- If you are a new applicant joining and paying online (where no electronic application forms are available), you may download the PDF form from our website. Please send this in stating the details of the payment you have made online. If you fail to do this we will have to send you a form to fill out, which will delay your application.

ALL MEMBERS:

- The membership year runs for 12 months from the month of joining.

- Multiple membership applications shall apply to one address, and may receive only one copy of communications and publications (e.g. Touch magazine) at that address.

- Conditions of membership are:

1. To be initiated into Reiki. (At this time The Reiki Association only accepts applications from those who have received teaching and initiation with their Master physically present. The Master should be from an unbroken lineage of Masters initiated in person back to Mikao Usui).

2. To subscribe to the Memorandum and Articles of Association

3. To have read and accept the Statement of Identity

4. To have read and agreed to abide by the Code of Ethics
